Is the whole wheat flour similar to atta flour in terms of texture, i.e extremely fine in texture?

Hi Nicole, thank you for your question. Our flour products (unless specified otherwise) are milled down to a very fine texture (around 200micron). Even the bran/fiber part of the grain is milled down to a powder. We are very proud of our true whole grain flour products and i dont think you will get a simmilar whole grain product at this quality and fineness in South Africa at this price.
