  2. Charlotte

Hi, so can we use 1 cup of gluten free Mix to 1 cup of flour? I would like to make rusks. Thank you

    • The Pure and Whole Team

Hi Charlotte, thank you for your message.

Our Gluten-Free premix is currently out of stock and we are not sure if we will stock this specific mix again.

It would be best if you bought some of our other Gluten Free flours and made your own mix.

      Kind Regards
