      Grain should be stored in a cool dark place where the temperature does not fluctuate much. The cooler the better. Freezing is best if possible and will make sure that your whole grains will last a very long time.
      I would suggest that you watch some Youtube videos regarding long term grain storage.

      Our Wheat is Whole Unprocessed Wheat.
      The Wheat is harvested and cleaned from sticks and other weed seeds.
      It is not pearled (fiber removed) or stampkoring.
      Its as close to True Whole Wheat you’ll get 🙂
